In the study of astrology we use a tool called "Progression", and the Progressed Moon is a competent predictive feature. Every 2 and a half years the Progressed Moon changes signs. Along it's way the Progressed Moon comes in contact with other planets and angles in a person's chart, causing situations that spur us to grow.
